It matters to me that my furniture brings you joy and satisfaction; I want you to treasure it. So, my work has a classic elegance and simplicity while functioning superbly. My construction methods are time-proven, and materials and finishes are carefully chosen to age gracefully.

For the sake of both us and our planet, it’s vital that we re-establish our relationship with nature. My work brings the natural world into your own home and restores the connection with you, your living space, and our environment.

Wood is my material of choice; it is genuinely renewable, readily available from local woodlands, has remarkable properties, and is deeply satisfying to work with. Each piece has a unique beauty – a reflection of the tree species and the place where it grew.

As designers, makers and buyers, the choices we make shape our world. We all know that our consumer culture cannot be sustained. An appreciation of materials and skills, and valuing quality over quantity, leaves us more fulfilled and honours precious resources.
